From 23 to 28 November 2025, an Algerian delegation from the IPTICAR project was welcomed at the University of Strasbourg for a study visit focusing on academic innovation, entrepreneurship, clusters, industrial ecology, internationalisation and professional development. This week-long immersion offered participants an opportunity to explore several French and European approaches and to identify options that could be adapted to the Algerian context.
